Utilizing 21×21” square shelves, these kilns provide more stacking space than their round cousins of the same diameter. A 23×27” round kiln will yield 7 cubic feet, whereas a 23×27” square kiln results in 8.4 cubic feet. These are excellent models for studios with a wide variety of shapes and sizes to fire as you can put a 21” platter in the middle of a shelf and still have room for cups and bowls in the corners. Our patented Lid Lifters, A1 heating coils, in floor elements, multi zone control, and double wall design come standard, and these models all fire evenly and reliably to cone 10. They are available with the standard V6-CF controller, or Genesis touch screen. Integrated Vent Systems and Safety Lid Switches are available add-ons. Not all pots are round…all kilns shouldn’t be either.
